Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams, manage rent collections, and ensure compliance with community guidelines. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on preparing for advancement to a full Property Manager position.

Your responsibilities include auditing move-ins, reviewing applications, and assisting with budget alignment and resident relations. Flexibility for weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High School diploma required; post-secondary in business or PM preferred.
• Strong computer, math and reasoning abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks and support advancement to Property Manager.
• Collect rent, post revenue to accounting system, and ensure accuracy.
• File evictions as needed and stay informed of local laws and policies.
