ZRS Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations at the Richmond, TX community. The role involves leasing support, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with lease and budget guidelines.

The candidate will review applications, assist with moves, and help resolve resident issues, while contributing to marketing and resident retention efforts. Strong organizational skills and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and assist Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• Review applications and ensure income verification meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are completed and uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours as needed.
• Handle escalated resident issues and coordinate with the property team.
• Support budget awareness and help prepare and upload bills for approval.
• Host resident functions and maximize renewals when possible.
