ZRS Management, LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas, TX to support leasing, budgeting and resident relations. You will motivate Leasing Consultants, process applications, collect rent and help ensure occupancy targets are met.

You will also assist with tours, lease enforcement, move-in audits and monthly reporting, while coordinating with the Property Manager to uphold community standards and deliver exceptional resident service. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to work with MS Office.
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Must have high school diploma; additional business/PM education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect rent and ensure revenue posting in accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and know local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager.
• Review and approve applications with proof of income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure documents are complete.
• Verify resident billing is accurate and posted timely.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing, conduct tours, and respond to service requests.
• Help achieve occupancy and leasing goals with the team.
• Coordinate resident functions and renewals; may work some weekends.
