ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Friendswood, TX. The role supports leasing consultants, analyzes market information, and helps advance to a Property Manager position.

Responsibilities include rent collection, move-in audits, application reviews, and assisting with leasing while maintaining customer service standards. weekend availability may be required.

Qualificações

• Must have valid driver's license.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; more education preferred in business or property management.

Responsabilidades

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post to the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Review and approve applications ensuring income proof and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are executed and uploaded.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours.
• Handle escalated service requests with the property team.
• Support budgeting, coding, and uploading bills for approval.
• Help host resident events and maximize renewals.
