Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Austin, TX to support leasing teams and the property manager. You will assist with rent collection, move-in processes, and budget adherence while ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

The role includes coordinating leasing activities, reviewing applications, and helping with resident relations. Weekend work may be required occasionally; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License; 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants to achieve leasing tasks and goals.
• Compile and use market information to drive leasing strategies.
• Assist Property Manager with rent collection, and ensure revenue posting accuracy.
• Review applications and ensure income proof and community qualifications.
• Audit move-ins, verify payments, and manage leasing documents.
• Support resident relations and host leasing tours as needed.
• Collaborate with the property team to meet occupancy and budget goals.
• Occasionally work one weekend per month.
