Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Sherman, TX to oversee daily property operations, financial performance, and leasing activities for an apartment community. You will lead a team, implement marketing strategies, and ensure excellent resident service while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including team, activities and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Analyze financials, set rent rates, collect fees, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and renewal processes.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain client/owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
