Job summary

Greystar Austin seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support financial operations and day-to-day property management. You will collect rent and fees, process banking deposits, and generate financial reports using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

You will review resident accounts, assist with delinquencies, and coordinate vendor payments while ensuring lease terms are enforced and service levels remain high.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in residence life or property management showing related operations.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and other payments; posts deposits and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and updates records with accuracy.
• Reviews resident files to identify unpaid balances and enforces delinquencies.
• Submits invoices from vendors and coordinates payments with stakeholders.
• Handles evictions per policy and assists in court proceedings when required.
• Manages move-outs, deposits, and lease cancellations per procedures.
