Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Austin to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial operations, rent collection, invoicing, and reporting. You will use Yardi/OneSite to record transactions and ensure data accuracy while helping manage day-to-day property duties.

You will assist in improving resident satisfaction, handle delinquencies, coordinate with vendors and owners, and step in as on-site supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management that demonstrates the application of community management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Complete financial records, prepare reports, and manage accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure data integrity.
• Manage delinquencies and enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Process invoices and payables.
• Coordinate with owners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts as needed.
