Job summary

Greystar’s Residences at The Triangle in Austin seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with daily financial operations, reporting, and resident relations. The role involves rent collection, invoice processing, and using property management software to keep financials accurate.

You will review delinquent accounts, assist with move-outs, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring guest satisfaction and lease compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in residence life or property management to support daily operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, process invoices, and post payments.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and ensure data integrity in the system.
• Review resident files to identify delinquencies and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process invoices from vendors and coordinate with accounting and owners for payment.
• Assist in evictions per policy and manage move-outs and deposits.
• Support leasing and marketing by greeting prospects and guiding applicants.
