Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned community in Sherman, TX. You will manage staff, budget, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and other laws.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the property and staff.
• Develops and analyzes budgets, marketing data, and reports.
• Monitors rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Approves invoices and coordinates with vendors and owners.
• Supervises staffing, training, and performance management.
