Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Pasco, WA to support the Property Manager in daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations. The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for a real estate license and Yardi Voyager experience.

You’ll help manage rent, reports, and vendor contracts, while ensuring a positive experience for residents and owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage accounts receivable, including rent collection and posting, deposits, and maintaining a rent roll.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports accurately and on time.
• Audit leases and resident files for accuracy and compliance.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals; assist with marketing and leasing activities.
• Support training of staff on leasing, maintenance, and office operations.
• Prepare routine correspondence and notices related to leasing and resident relations.
• Assist in coordinating supplier contracts, maintenance requests, and safety compliance.
