Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in overall operations, lease administration, and resident relations. You will help ensure efficient daily operations, oversee supplier contracts, and contribute to monthly reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license; a real estate license or Yardi Voyager experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations and resident experience.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent postings, deposits, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and evictions as needed.
• Inspect buildings and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
