Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident services at a Bellevue-area property. You will oversee leasing, reporting, and resident relations to ensure a high-quality experience for residents and owners.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and knowledge of rent lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Understand operations guidelines established within the property management agreement.
• Maintain accounts receivable including collecting rent, posting rent, daily deposits, and rent roll balance.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records to identify dates requiring action, such as lease expirations and delinquencies.
• Collect delinquent balances and process evictions and notices.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist with move-ins/move-outs and renewals.
• Train staff on leasing, traffic entry, marketing, and office operations.
