The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in property management, and staff supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required locally.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Manage property P&L and marketing in line with standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead with a shared vision and coach associates.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract residents and maintain occupancy.
