Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Oregon. You will assist the property manager to ensure efficient operations, manage leases, and support resident relations.

The role includes supervising reporting, coordinating maintenance, and upholding safety and compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2–3 years of property management experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred and a real estate license may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-3 years property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection, posting, deposits, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and evictions; collect delinquent balances.
• Process evictions, including paperwork, notices, and court hearings.
• Lease apartments as needed; assist with training staff on leasing, traffic entry, and marketing.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety; inspect property and coordinate repairs.
• Assist with resident relations and problem resolution; relocate operations in manager’s absence.
