Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Scottsdale to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. You’ll oversee rent processes, reporting, and compliance while ensuring resident satisfaction across our communities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, strong Office skills (MS Office), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. A high school diploma is required, Bachelor's preferred, with a focus on service excellence and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, deposits, and maintain rent rolls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquent accounts and unlawful detainers.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist with move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Support staff training on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
