Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with onsite software functions.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under supervision.
• Manage accounts receivable, delinquency, and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staff, coach and develop onsite team to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety standards.
