Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to lead daily operations of a multi-family housing community. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management under the Community Manager.

You'll supervise onsite staff, manage receivables, and help optimize cash flow while ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collections, and delinquency control.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.
• Support leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
