Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience; 1–2 years direct management experience.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle and Salesforce/Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, and staff development.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract residents.
