Avenue5 Residential in Scottsdale is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and reporting. You will help ensure resident satisfaction, oversee vendor contracts, and contribute to smooth property performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with lease lifecycle activities. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain rent collection, posting, deposits, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Inspect buildings for safety and coordinate maintenance.
• Assist with staff training, leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and applicable laws.
