Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations. You will help ensure a positive resident experience, oversee maintenance coordination, and contribute to financial reporting and compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in property management, and a valid driver’s license. Yardi Voyager experience is preferred. This is an on-site role at our Tempe, AZ properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Experience in property management a must.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent postings, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals.
• Assist with leasing and resident relations and problem resolution.
