Avenue5 Residential in Tempe, AZ seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations across our property. You will manage contracts, maintenance, reporting, and drive a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and knowledge of Salesforce or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
• Oversee property P&L and marketing per standards.
• Recruit, interview, and coach staff; lead with a shared vision.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
