Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations across our property portfolio. You will lead a team, ensure financial performance, and maintain high service standards for residents and clients.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff; give coaching and development.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office on maintenance and rules.
