Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tempe, AZ to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and uphold property maintenance standards. You will manage service requests, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations.

The role requires strong maintenance and carpentry skills, a high school diploma, and at least three years in property management or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit turns.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and respond to emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Mentor maintenance staff and manage costs within budget.
