Avenue5 Residential in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations and resident relations. This role covers lease administration, reporting, and maintaining a positive resident experience.

The position offers a salary of $23–$24 per hour with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support physical, financial, and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, post rent, and deposits; keep rent roll accurate.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy; assist with training staff.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s degree

Two to three years of property management experience

Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities

Real estate license (preferred)
