Avenue5 Residential in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and resident services while upholding company standards. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure a top-tier living experience.

In this role, you’ll drive client satisfaction, recruit and develop staff, execute marketing plans, and maintain compliance with property management guidelines to support residents and the corporate office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing per company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through education and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk management.
