Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring resident satisfaction and effective lease administration. You will manage supplier contracts, maintenance, reporting, and marketing in alignment with company standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in property management, 1–2 years of direct management experience, and familiarity with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, and lease administration.
• Maintain property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Implement marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
