Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day property operations to meet budgets and goals.
• Directs leasing, rent collection, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approves vendor invoices and coordinates with accounting and owners.
• Controls expenditures and manages cash handling and petty cash.
• Manages resident screening, notices, renewals, and lease enforcement.
• Analyzes market trends to adjust leasing strategies and occupancy.
• Responds to resident questions and service requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversees property inspections and ensures safety and appearance standards.
• Supervises staff hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintains owner relations with updates on property performance.
• Occasionally supports other properties and mentors team members.
