You will report to the Regional Property Manager and supervise all on-site personnel, with duties spanning leasing, budgeting, and resident relations. The role emphasizes compliance with Fair Housing Laws, team leadership, and coordinating with contractors and corporate meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• May be supplemented by prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Leads leasing efforts and strives for quality residency.
• Oversees financial activities and banking duties.
• Troubleshoots resident issues and encourages renewals.
• Inspects property to ensure quality.
• Prioritizes the work of subordinates.
• Collects rent and issues 5‑day eviction notices.
• Hires and disciplines employees.
• Supervises security for residents' protection.
• Promotes a positive resident relations attitude.
• Oversees financial reporting.
• Acts as liaison with outside contractors.
• Oversees building repairs for timely completion.
• Participates in annual budget preparation.
• Attends corporate meetings.
• Approves and submits invoices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Occasional property improvements scheduling and maintenance orders.
