Qualifications

• Experience managing apartment communities or similar properties.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Ability to collect rent, process payments, and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi/OneSite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in financial operations and reporting.
• Process invoices, rent payments, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure data accuracy and backups.
• Review resident accounts, communicate delinquencies, and enforce leases.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for payments and approvals.
• Assist with evictions procedures and legal requirements as needed.
• Handle move-outs, deposits, and lease cancellations per policy.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Supervise on-site operations in manager's absence and coordinate maintenance.
