Residential One is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Virginia to oversee daily community operations under the Property Manager. The role includes training staff, managing leasing activities to sustain occupancy, and ensuring accurate payroll processing and reporting.

Strong communication and customer service are essential to succeed in this position. Experience with LIHTC properties and knowledge of regulatory forms are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management.
• 1+ years’ experience working with LIHTC property management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training of all property staff.
• Maintains a positive, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Prepares, approves, and submits timesheets and payroll adjustments.
• Supervises leasing activities and maintains occupancy targets.
• Ensures compliance with affordable housing regulations and reporting.
