Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, drive value, and lead a positive, successful property team in Charlottesville, VA. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage leasing, customer service, and policy enforcement with a strong eye for compliance and accuracy.

You will maintain records, support financial goals, and ensure smooth workflows while upholding the company’s values and resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing principles knowledge is required.
• Minimum 2 years on-site leasing or assistant management experience; supervisory experience ok.
• Proficiency with computer basics and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance property value.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence; achieve favorable survey scores.
• Enforce community policies in line with Fair Housing Laws and maintain records (rent rolls, move-ins/outs).
• Provide team oversight to ensure processes follow company policies and workflows.
• Support financial goals and asset management in the owners' best interest.
