You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and rent collection while ensuring regulatory compliance and high tenant satisfaction.

You will supervise onsite staff and vendors, work with ownership and regional management to meet performance goals, and travel between sites if required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in multi-family housing is required.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and travel between sites if required.
