Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 1 year of residential property management experience including supervisory responsibilities; 2+ years preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Marketing and budgeting experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with property management/accounting software desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides information about apartments and schedules visits for prospective residents.
• Leases apartments at established rental rates.
• Prepares leasing paperwork and employment/credit checks.
• Collects deposits, rents and related funds; safeguards monies per policy.
• Monitors marketing effectiveness; suggests promotions and ads.
• Keeps knowledge of market, rent, pricing, vacancies and renewals up to date.
• Hires, trains, evaluates and supervises on-site staff; conducts reviews.
