Job summary

Vest Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Orlando, FL to oversee day-to-day property operations, lead the on-site team, and manage budgets to meet revenue goals. The role ensures regulatory compliance, conducts inspections, and drives marketing and leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The candidate will supervise staff, approve vendor invoices, and coordinate with owners to report performance and opportunities for multiple properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property management operations and law.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue targets, and financial reporting.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the team.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and monitor financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenses within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond promptly to issues.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, and manage performance.
• Engage with owners, provide updates, and support other properties as needed.
