Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for our Downtown Columbus property. You will oversee all aspects of operations, from leasing and maintenance to budgeting and staff supervision, ensuring the community remains well-maintained and financially stable.

This role requires leadership, solid communication, and the ability to manage vendors, resolve resident issues, and coordinate with the Regional Property Manager to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision
• Hire and terminate employees per policy
• Prepare and sign leases and related forms
• Assist in collecting rents and handle delinquencies
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to policies
• Manage budgets and notify Regional Property Manager of variances
• Coordinate with outside contractors and supervise maintenance
• Handle move-ins/move-outs and apartment inspections
• Maintain property records and financial transactions
• Vendor coordination and ensure timely maintenance requests
• Communicate with residents, applicants, and vendors
• Travel as required and support leasing activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
