Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC in Greensboro, NC seeks a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operation under the Regional Property Manager. You will handle administration, maintenance, and staff supervision to keep the community in good physical condition and financially stabilized.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, leasing, collecting rents, budgeting, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per company policy.
• Evaluate employees and recommend salary adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Adhere to company policies in Reference Library.
• Assist in leasing apartments.
• Prepare/process and sign leases and related forms.
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency matters.
• Maintain records of financial transactions for the property.
• Follow accounting policies including use of accounts and budget items.
• Purchase office supplies.
• Supervise outside contractors.
• Manage move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Ensure residents have a clean, well-maintained community.
• Work within the budget and report variances.
• Address resident complaints.
• Report accidents to Regional Property Manager.
• Handle maintenance requests promptly.
• Inspect property and record deficiencies within budget.
• Schedule maintenance and office coverage.
• Market the apartment community.
• Assist in annual operating budget preparation.
• Maintain courteous communication with staff, residents, applicants and vendors.
• Travel as required.
