Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations. You will supervise staff, hire and terminate personnel, prepare leases, collect rents, and maintain financial records to ensure a well-run, fiscally stable community.

The role requires strong organizational and customer-service skills, experience in property management, and the ability to work with outside contractors. Travel and on-site presence are expected at Preston Centre.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred, 2 year degree acceptable.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.
• ARM, CAM, RAM or HCCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff; performance feedback and growth.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms; collect rents and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain payroll records and budgets; follow accounting policies.
• Supervise contractors and oversee move-ins/outs.
• Market the apartment community and manage resident relations.
