Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial, operational, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property. You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors, and drive budgeted targets for occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on compliance with laws including Fair Housing and ADA. On-site duties and resident-focused initiatives are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in multifamily property management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, rent collection, and enforcement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Understanding of real estate contracts, finances, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interaction.
• Valid driver’s license for on-site operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial, operational, and administrative aspects of a property.
• Analyze financial statements and reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue through rent setting, renewals, and delinquencies management.
• Approve and reconcile vendor invoices and ensure budget coding.
• Supervise on-site staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
• Promote resident satisfaction and manage service requests with timely resolutions.
• Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance schedules.
• Communicate updates to owners/investors and conduct property tours.
