Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions of a multifamily property. The role ensures performance targets are met, compliance with laws is maintained, and residents receive exceptional service.

You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors, and drive budgeted occupancy. Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, renewals, and delinquencies; implementing leasing and marketing strategies;

Qualificações

• Experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, rent collection, and enforcement processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property operations within budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements for budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive occupancy by implementing leasing and marketing strategies.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
• Prepare performance reports for owners/investors.
