Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee two or more residential properties. You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure occupancy targets are met while delivering quality service to residents.

The role requires strong knowledge of lease administration, vendor oversight, and compliance with housing laws. You will coordinate leasing and marketing efforts, inspect properties, and report performance to owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor? Not required; high school diploma or equivalent is minimum.
• Experience in multifamily property management is typical.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements and operational reports to inform budgeting and performance forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rent rates, collecting rent, renewing leases, and managing delinquencies.
• Approve and reconcile vendor/contractor invoices, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and budget coding.
• Supervise all on-site team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
• Resolve resident service requests promptly and communicate proactively.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and maintenance standards.
• Review service contracts and capital improvement plans.
• Move-in/move-out inspections and unit turnover documentation.
• Report to owners/investors with performance updates.
