Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property. The role ensures performance goals are met and compliance with laws, while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors, and coordinate maintenance, reporting on budget, occupancy, and property condition to owners and investors.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating vendors.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, rent collection, and enforcement procedures.
• Familiarity with property management software and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budgets.
• Analyze financial statements and reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue through rent setting, collections, renewals, and delinquencies.
• Approve and reconcile vendor invoices with budget codes and insurance requirements.
• Supervise on-site staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other laws.
