Job summary

Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily property in the United States. The role oversees operations, finances, and administration to meet performance targets, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver resident-focused service.

You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors and maintenance, and drive budgeted occupancy and revenue while upholding Fair Housing, ADA, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures.
• Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating vendors.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA compliance."

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations within approved budgets.
• Analyze financial statements and reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue through rent setting, collections, renewals, and delinquencies handling.
• Supervise on-site team and training, scheduling, and performance planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
• Resolve resident service requests and communicate proactively."
