Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide leadership and direction across our portfolio of communities. You will collaborate with Directors, Association Managers, and board members to ensure property standards align with company objectives and deliver a superior resident experience.

The role requires strong management, customer service, and supervisory skills, with accountability for budget, revenue growth, and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in residential condo/coop property management preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience leading and directly managing direct reports who have supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides training, supervision and direction to Association (Portfolio) Managers, Directors and Administrative Assistants.
• Develops and implements annual business plan for client operations with goal of growing portfolio and profitability.
• Responsible for P&L for Operations. Meets budget and increases revenue and client retention.
• Works with Business Development & Marketing to position FirstService in market for new business growth.
• Utilizes the customer survey program (NPS) for continual improvement and maintains scores.
