Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartment communities in Dallas, TX. You will oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations, ensuring operations run efficiently and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead a team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrators; develop marketing strategies, set competitive rents, supervise budgets, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or property management preferred.
• Proven experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of property management software (OneSite, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Oversee the lease renewal process, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Prepare budgets and analyze financial performance.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
