Responsibilities include leasing assistance, budget awareness, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Ensure residents' current and upcoming billing is correct.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate to the property manager as needed.
• Assist with leasing and property tours; support weekend operations as required.
• Support with resident functions and renewals; help meet occupancy goals.
