Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants and the Property Manager. You will drive rent collection, audit move-ins, and ensure compliance with community guidelines while assisting with resident relations and budget tracking.

You should have strong computer skills, negotiation ability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a team environment. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer and numeric skills.
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Motivate leasing consultants and assist in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue is posted correctly.
• Review applications and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and manage leasing documents.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budget coding.
• Handle resident issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with hosting resident events and renewals.
