Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to motivate Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. The role includes rent collection, evictions when applicable, applications review, move-in audits, billing accuracy, and monthly reporting.

You will assist with leasing tours, escalated service requests, and resident renewals, with a weekend one-month cadence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and other Office products.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager.
• Review and approve applications ensuring income proof meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and verify payments and documents.
• Ensure residents' billing is current and accurate.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with leasing, take tours, and support resident renewals.
• Handle escalated service requests and maintain customer service standards.
• Work with the property team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Host resident functions and maximize renewals; flexible evenings/weekends.
