ZRS Management, LLC is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams, collect rents and ensure accurate reporting. You will review applications, audit move-ins, and assist with budget-related tasks while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction.

Experience in property management is preferred. The role may require some weekend work and occasional evenings to meet leasing goals and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and know local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager.
• Review applications for qualification guidelines and proof of income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are executed and uploaded.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with leasing and show properties to prospective tenants.
• Take escalated service requests and maintain customer service standards.
• Support budget awareness and assist in uploading bills for approval.
• Help maximize renewals and occupancy goals.
