Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, complete resident work orders, and manage make-ready tasks at Greystar-managed communities. You will diagnose problems, repair systems, and document work orders to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

This full-time on-site role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes, including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Accesses materials and tracks inventory, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re-orders.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning, painting, and curb/signage work.
• Supports cost‑cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
